Conditions for Return
‘Return’ means an action by the consumer to return the product delivered by R-moti Pharmaceuticals. The following conditions may arise that may lead to the withdrawal action of the product:
- The product delivered does not match your order
- The product is delivered near its expiration date (>30days)
- Products delivered were damaged in transit (must not accept any product that has been tampered with)
Upon receipt of your return/ refund request, R-Moti Pharmaceuticals will verify the authenticity and nature of the request. If R-Moti Pharmaceuticals discovers that the request is genuine, it will initiate the return/ refund process. R-Moti Pharmaceuticals refund will be processed only after it has received confirmation from the team concerned regarding the content of the product related to that refund.
In the event of trivial and unfair complaints about the quality and content of the products, R-Moti Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be fully responsible for all costs incurred by R-Moti Pharmaceuticals in this regard.
Returns are subject to the following conditions: –
- Any incorrect order of product is not eligible for return
- The batch number of the product being returned must be stated on the invoice
- Partially consumed medicines do not qualify for returns without doctors or concerned instruction, only fully closed strips or products can be returned
Initiate the Return
You will have to share your order number, the one from your confirmation email or SMS with us, along with the reason for your return. Note that in some cases, we might not find the reason for returns acceptable because of seller policies; in such cases, we will call and advise you on next steps. Medicines can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery only. Returns will be accepted only if the product received is not as described, defective, damaged or not working when reviewed.
Return not possible
Returns are not possible in cases where we have mandated a no return policy, or for hygiene reasons/opened. Also, we cannot accept returns after the return timeline has lapsed.
Pack my product for return
Enclose the products, in original condition and packaging, along with the original box, as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, in case of self-couriered returns, email us proof of dispatch the slip/air way bill provided by the logistics company at email@example.com. Process to return
Once you’ve made a return request with us, a pick-up will be arranged in 3 working days. In the case of medicines, a pick-up will be initiated after the return request has been approved.
Track the status of a product I have returned
Once the return request is approved, you will receive a SMS notification that contains the airway bill number. You can use it to track your return on our logistics partner’s website.
Received my order, but I can not see an option to initiate returns. What should I do?
It may take our logistics partner some time to update the delivery status online. Please allow 48 hours for the delivery status to be updated. You can then place your return request.
The mode of payment for refunds
All refunds are credited back to the account/card used to place the original order in case of prepaid orders. If you have placed a COD order, we will transfer the money via NEFT/UPI to your bank account. You can also choose your refund mode as deposit for another order.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. This means that the name on your R-Moti account and your bank account must match. So make sure you give us the right bank account details. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. The customer can cancel the order before it is shipped
R-Moti Pharmaceuticals have right to cancel your order with/without informed if:
- Invalid address given in order details
- Any malpractice used to place the order
